Zerpd ("we", "us", "our") is a clipping campaign platform for creators, streamers, brands, clippers, and teams. Zerpd helps people manage source content, campaign participation, clip submissions, approvals, verification, budgets, and rewards. Our platform is accessible at zerpd.com. For privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@zerpd.com.
We collect the following types of data when you use Zerpd:
Account information
Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Business information
Business name, industry, and goals you provide during onboarding to personalise your experience.
Social media data
When you connect an eligible social account, we may access profile or channel information, public posts, thumbnails, publishing details, and engagement or performance metrics through the platform's official API. We request only the access needed for the connection and never request your social-media password.
Usage data
Operational records needed to provide and secure the service are separate from optional browser analytics. Existing interaction hooks remain in page memory after consent. Selected funnel events are also sent to Zerpd’s server, which stores daily event totals and a broad source such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or outreach. The conversion table contains no visitor, account, project, IP address or referrer fields and is retained for product comparisons without an individual browsing history. Broad source and boolean milestone markers expire with the browser tab or earlier withdrawal. No external analytics SDK is installed.
Google sign-in and YouTube channel connection are separate consent flows. Google sign-in gives Zerpd basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image. If you choose to connect YouTube, Zerpd requests read-only YouTube access and may collect:
We use this data to verify that you control the connected channel, import posts you choose to use in Zerpd, connect eligible published posts to campaigns, and refresh verified performance. Zerpd does not use this permission to upload, edit, publish, or delete YouTube content.
When you submit a YouTube post to a campaign, the relevant workspace owner and authorised campaign participants may see the public post details and verified performance needed to operate that campaign. We do not sell Google or YouTube user data, and we do not use it for advertising.
OAuth tokens are encrypted and used server-side only. You can disconnect YouTube from Zerpd at any time. Disconnecting revokes the provider authorization where available, stops future synchronization, and deletes the imported YouTube channel, post, thumbnail, and metric data associated with that connection. Campaign, reward, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal audit records may be retained where necessary without the removed YouTube identifiers or content.
You can also review or revoke Zerpd's Google access from Google's connected-app security settings.
Zerpd's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your use of the connection is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
When you connect your Instagram account to Zerpd, we access your data via the Instagram Graph API solely to provide you with analytics and insights within our platform. Specifically:
Your use of Instagram through Zerpd is also subject to Instagram's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Connected-platform data is refreshed or removed according to the provider's requirements and is not kept indefinitely. YouTube authorisation is revalidated during metric synchronisation, and stored YouTube API data is refreshed at least every 30 days while the connection remains active.
Disconnecting YouTube in Zerpd removes the connection and associated imported YouTube API data immediately. If you revoke access through Google or ask us to delete that data, we will remove it as soon as possible and within the period required by YouTube's policies. If you delete your Zerpd account, we delete personal data as soon as practical, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, financial, and dispute-retention obligations.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@zerpd.com.
Zerpd uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security and remembering your consent choice. Optional product analytics and browser storage for theme, audience, recent searches and analysis preferences are off until you choose them. Zerpd has no marketing trackers of its own; external video providers have separate player permission. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent account creation, campaigns, requested AI services or checkout.
Where optional browser analytics involves personal data, we rely on your consent. We retain your browser choice for 180 days and do not merge it into your account. You can withdraw or change it through . Withdrawal stops future optional events and removes Zerpd-owned optional storage; it does not affect processing before withdrawal. Our Cookie Policy lists the actual storage names, purposes, providers and lifetimes.
Service delivery, authentication, payment and requested campaign/AI workflows are processed as needed to perform our contract or take steps you request before a contract. Security and fraud-prevention records support our legitimate interests in protecting the service; financial and other legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Optional cookie consent is not the legal basis for all processing. YouTube and Twitch players require separate, temporary permission before loading, independently of your Zerpd analytics and preference choices. Their providers may receive IP addresses, device identifiers and playback information and use browser storage for playback, security checks, usage measurement and advertising. Stop and unload, or saving changed cookie preferences, removes the player and stops future requests; provider storage already created may remain until its expiry or you clear it through your browser.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure database hosting. No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@zerpd.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Zerpd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
